Do You Know What Your Property is Worth?

There are several reasons you might want to determine the market value of a home. Perhaps you’re planning to sell your home, and you’re wondering what to list it for. Or maybe you’re dreaming about moving into a larger home and you want to see how much equity you have to work with. You may want to talk to an expert on how you can improve the selling price of your existing home with cost effective updates and renovations. It could even be a combination of all of these things. Either way, I can provide you with a comprehensive home evaluation to help you make an informed decision. Most realtors use a home evaluation “instant online” email generator lead tool that takes your standard home stats like number of bedrooms and bathrooms and then spits out a selling price based on recent listings in the area. You can do this yourself with a quick search on Realtor.ca. Our home evaluation is based on a visit to your property and home walkthrough where we take into account the special and unique features in your home as well as any recent updates.

The result is a comprehensive home evaluation report which includes the comparative market analysis (CMA) based on homes in your neighborhood.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Denise for many years as a friend and as a fellow mom; our daughters grew up together and remain good friends to this day.
