Denise is the most passionate and energetic realtor I have ever met! She is extremely experienced and such an asset which was critical for me as a potential buyer from out of town. I would have to say that Denise Dykes has been the best realtor experience for us in Prince George. From the first day to the last day she has been on top of everything and has done it all flawlessly! We weren't making a big purchase either, it was a Lot to build our home. However, Denise made us priority in her busy schedule and didn't once make us feel less important than her other clients. We can't thank her enough! She has honestly made our dreams a reality! I strongly believe that we wouldn't have this property today if Denise wasn't our realtor. I wouldn't go anywhere else, if you're looking for a realtor that's honest, professional, cares about their client, and isn't only concerned about making a commission. An amazing lady with an amazing personality! Just a big energy and so much help for a first time home buyer. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Denise for many years as a friend and as a fellow mom; our daughters grew up together and remain good friends to this day. In these capacities as friend and mom, she was and is amazing….always there to lend a hand, and help someone when able. I knew that in her role as real estate agent, things would be no different and thus, when it came time to sell the family home, she was our first and only choice as a realtor. I knew she would get the job done, and she did!! There were challenges as both of us sellers lived in different cities; it was difficult to reach us sometimes and there were time sensitive documents that needed our immediate attention; the documents needed to be signed online and Denise had to patiently navigate this non tech savvy client through this intimidating process. I’m sure at times we were very frustrating clients!😳Denise was always upbeat, funny and professional, and took the stress away from what could have been a very stressful experience. Any questions we had were answered promptly and efficiently and she was always had our best interests at heart. Our house sold for asking price in just a few days thanks to her dedication and drive. If you have a house to sell, want the process to go quickly and smoothly, and have unanswered questions, Denise is your gal….She will get the job done. I listed my house with Denise and also purchased a townhome at the same time. The timeline was extremely tight, but it was handled professionally and everything worked out fairly smoothly. Denise was responsive to texts and phone calls, always got a hold of us to let us know any information she felt we needed to know, and also explained all the documents as we were signing them. Denise also makes sure that she knows family members and is a master at developing relationships with everyone and even remembering the small details about people. Her personality and professionalism made the whole process so much less stressful for the sale of our home and the purchase of my new one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star rating!

When you use a realtor to purchase a property and then go back to the same person to sell it a few years later, it probably means she did a great job. That sure was our experience working with Denise. Denise knows the PG market incredibly well. She is trustworthy and fair. And she has just about the best sense of humor I've seen in anyone, which makes house hunting/selling so much less stressful. You simply won't find a better realtor.
